About the deal

Located near Lyon (France), the business is specialized in the design and manufacture of Plate Heat Exchangers (mainly welded) to supply international clients active in process industries (chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, energy, environment, etc.) and generates about €7m revenues in 2013.

Group Aquair is a family-owned French business specialized in climate engineering and HVAC solutions, generating over €100m revenues in 2012.

The acquisition, backed by Heat Exchanger business’ current management is expected to generate strong synergies with Group Aquair’s existing activities.
