About the deal

Capitalmind Investec has advised Sylpa Group shareholders to complete an Owner-Buy-Out including the full exit of CM-CIC Capital Privé – a French PE firm invested in Sylpa since 2006.

With €15m revenues in FY2011, Sylpa is the sole shareholder of ETT and Vernet & Bosser, 2 French companies involved in the provision of design, installation and maintenance services for electrical installations (low & high voltage). The Group is in particular a recognized player in the railway, infrastructure and T&D industries.

Siparex – a French PE firm – has supported the deal by investing a mix of equity and convertible bonds.
