What we did
- Capitalmind Investec assisted the shareholders all along the buy-out process: from identifying the relevant private equity funds, approaching them to test their appetite to the execution of a competitive auction process. Capitalmind Investec supervised VDD works, drafted the marketing documentation, managed the due diligence process, and assisted the shareholders in final legal negotiations both with the investor and the banking pool.
- Capitalmind Investec also managed the €15m debt raising process and advised the shareholders in legal negotiations with the banking pool.
