Founded in 2000 by Dr. med. Marc Kammann, KammannEye AG is a leading provider of conservative and surgical ophthalmology services in the canton of Graubünden, Switzerland. The company has experienced strong growth in the past few years. In order to realize additional growth potential in the Swiss ophthalmology market the owner decided to enter into a partnership with Sanoptis.

Sanoptis is an innovative European ophthalmology services group, covering the full spectrum of diagnostic and surgical ophthalmic treatments. The group partners with leading ophthalmologists to deliver on the organic and inorganic growth opportunities within the market. Headquartered in Pfäffikon, Switzerland, the group comprises over 160 facilities across Germany and Switzerland.

What we did

Capitalmind Investec actively supported the founder and owner of KammannEye AG as exclusive advisor along the entire sell-side process: structuring the transaction, marketing materials preparation, screening and selection of the relevant strategic and financial buyers, management of the due diligence and negotiation of terms and conditions of the deal plus ultimate closing of the transaction.
