About the deal

Idempapers is a €150m revenues privately-owned Belgian specializing in the manufacturing (around 120.000 Tons per year) and marketing of high-value specialty papers (carbonless and specialty coated products) which are mainly distributed to European clients (90% of the business). Idempapers was formerly known as Arjo Wiggins Belgium.

In a challenging European market environment, this fundraising will support the company as it looks to renew and expand its product portfolio.
