Benelux DCFA – Deal of the year award 2015

Capitalmind Investecs’ Benelux Toridoll – Wok to Walk transaction earned the 2015’s DCFA Deal of the Year award. The transaction was recognized as being the most complex, creative and international deal of 2015.

The acquisition of the majority of Wok to Walk franchise’s shares by the Japanese listed Toridoll. Corporation was recognized to be ‘Best Deal of the Year 2015’ by the Dutch Corporate Finance Association. The jury, chaired by Peter Paul de Vries, Managing Partner of Value8 and member of Amsterdam-based Euronext supervisory board, was unanimous in their decision. They described the transaction as being the most complex, creative and multidisciplinary of 2015.
