Capitalmind Investec strengthens its Debt Advisory practice

Fabien Kay joins Capitalmind Investec France to lead and to develop its Debt Advisory practice. His expertise and experience in raising non-bank debt and hybrid financing will help serving our clients in building the best and optimized financing solutions.

In a market context where the number of available financing solutions for mid-market companies has considerably increased over the past ten years, the alliance of M&A and financing advice is proving to be decisive in supporting business leaders and their shareholders through the cycles.

Before leading the Debt Advisory practice of Capitalmind Investec in France, Fabien had worked in the structured finance teams of Bank of Scotland and Lloyds. He then launched the mid-market rating activities at Standard & Poor’s and joined Degroof Petercam where he was in charge of the origination and execution of financing transactions on behalf of entrepreneurs and family groups.

Fabien graduated from Sciences Po Paris, the SFAF and has an MBA from INSEAD.
