Capitalmind Investec advised Desk on the sale to Software Partners Group (SPG) and the raising of growth capital for further strategic and acquisitive growth.

Capitalmind Investec acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Desk. Software Partners Group (SPG) has acquired all shares in Desk to support its growth objectives and accelerate its expansion in the consolidating B2B software and services market.

Desk is a full-service provider of ERP software solutions with its own development capabilities and proprietary software products. The solutions offered are customized to the needs of customers and are modular in structure to ensure optimal integration and scalability.

As part of its successful growth strategy to form a specialist group as part of SPG, the company has already prepared several concrete acquisitions in parallel to the transaction.

With the support of Software Partners Group, Desk will accelerate its strategic and operational growth plan, in particular by providing expertise and network in the B2B software market and buy & build strategies.

What we did

Capitalmind Investec supported the shareholders throughout the transaction: preparation of marketing material, organization of the process and involvement of the investors, preparation of the VDR, support in conducting the due diligence, support in negotiating the legal documentation.
