About the deal

Helden Van Nu is sold to Techone, a provider of cloud and telecommunications services for the Dutch SME market, supported by Nedvest Capital. Helden Van Nu will continue to exist as an independent unit within Techone from its current premises in Hoofddorp, as is usual within Techone’s strategy. Helden Van Nu is a partner of Delta Fiber and is at the forefront of glass fiber implementation the Netherlands. The company has a strong positioning in the distribution of B2B internet and telecom services. The entire team of Helden Van Nu, including management, will be included in the Techone group.
