We also provided effective day-to-day operational support to organize and execute a complex carve-out through an asset deal, as T-Systems France operations were spread over 5 regional footprints.

About the deal

Based over 5 locations and generating c. €60M revenues, T-Systems France Systems Integration business provides full service portfolio of applicative solutions to large French and/or international corporate clients within the automotive, financial services, manufacturing and other industries.

DACP is a French mid-sized group specialized in IT and Engineering services.
