About the deal

RHODIUS Mineralquellen is a German 8th generation family business with a longstanding tradition and strong regional ties, active in the production of mineral waters and beverages. The two owner families had decided to find a succession solution in the context of the further development of the group.

What we did

Capitalmind Investec advised one of the two owner families on the sale of their shareholding in RHODIUS Mineralquellen, including: mapping out the process strategy, thorough sector benchmark analysis of the business plan, advice on potential financing options and structures, valuation of RHODIUS Mineralquellen and determination of the value of the 50% share, advice on transaction structuring, negotiation of commercial deal parameters and the Share Purchase Agreement.
